Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your setup. If something isn’t right, here’s how we’ll sort it out.

Changed your mind? 14-day right to cancel
You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Email us at klee0495@gmail.com with your order number and let us know you’d like to cancel. We’ll reply with return instructions and the return address.

• Please send the item back within 14 days of telling us you’re cancelling.
• Items should be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging where possible.
• Unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing, you are responsible for the cost of returning it.
• We may reduce your refund if the item has been used or handled beyond what’s needed to check it.

We’ll refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item (or proof that you’ve sent it), using your original payment method.

Faulty, damaged or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or isn’t what you ordered, email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the problem. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Under Irish and EU consumer law, you also have a 2-year legal guarantee against faults that existed at delivery. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.

Exchanges
The quickest way to swap is to return the original item as above and place a new order.
