3. Terms of service
These terms apply to your use of the MoonMesh store and any purchase you make. By placing an order, you agree to them.
- About us: MoonMesh is an online store based in Cork, Ireland. Contact: klee0495@gmail.com.
- Orders: A contract is formed when we confirm your order. We may cancel an order (e.g. if an item is unavailable or there’s a pricing error) and will refund you in full.
- Prices: All prices are in euro (EUR), paid securely at checkout.
- Products: Colours may look slightly different on screen. Desk mats are printed to order, so small print variations are normal.
- Delivery: See our Shipping Policy.
- Returns: See our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under Irish and EU law.
- Intellectual property: All original designs, images, logos and text belong to MoonMesh and may not be copied or resold.
- Liability: We’re responsible for foreseeable losses caused by our breach of these terms. Nothing limits liability where that would be unlawful.
